Hold the elevator! is seeking volunteers who can lend a hand with projects to make this effort a success.

We're looking for volunteers to work in the following areas:

Fundraising
▪ help develop lists of potential donors and plan contacts
▪ plan and work on fundraising events
▪ process orders for fundraising items
▪ maintain donor records, send gift acknowledgments

Community outreach
▪ plan and work on community events
▪ help with outreach activities at schools and community groups

Public relations
▪ support fundraising and community awareness efforts
▪ write news releases and other communications
▪ help handle brochures, promotional letters, e-mails

Elevator move preparation
▪ help plan elevator move
▪ help determine materials and services needed for in-kind donations
▪ work with contractors and providers of materials and services

Elevator site preparation
▪ help determine labor and materials for in-kind donations
