Capture a moment in local history with a signed and numbered print of the Rochester Elevator by local artist Gerry Post. Proceeds from sales of the prints will benefit the Hold the elevator! campaign to preserve and renovate this local historic landmark. (Click on the image to see a larger view.)

Only 500 of the full-color prints are available. Each shows the elevator as it looked in the 1950s, surrounded by vintage cars and trucks as a diesel locomotive passes by. The prints measure 20 in. by 10 in. unframed and 26 in. by 16 in. framed.

We’re sorry, but we are currently unable to ship framed or matted prints. If you live in the greater Rochester area, we can call you to arrange for pickup or delivery of your print.

They are available in several formats:

Framed and matted — $75 — choice of gold tone, mahogany tone or walnut tone frames

Matted only — $40

Print only — $25 (plus $10 S&H, if mailed)

Prints can be purchased at Rochester-Avon Historical Society events in the coming weeks or by clicking here.
